Alternative rehabilitation training with different accommodation levels between two eyes

Indications: Accommodation insufficiency,Poor accommodation maintenance

Steps:

① Correction of far ametropia.
② Hold the card and place the large vision chart as far as possible and the small vision chart as close as possible.
③ Look back and forth at the far and near vision chart, and try to see it clearly.
④ When the patient can see clearly and quickly change the fixation sight, slightly separate the distance between the two cards and repeat the above steps.
⑤ Move two cards, focusing on moving the cards far away outward. If the arm is not far enough, put the cards on the table.
⑥ If the distance between two cards is ≥ 50cm, use a smaller vision chart and repeat the above steps.
⑦ When quickly changing the vision chart, try to have a rhythm from slow to fast. Practice for 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds to ensure that it is repeated several times on the basis that the patient can tolerate it.
