Titanium is an inert metal. It is much lighter than ordinary metal frames, has strong toughness, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high stability, high strength, good elasticity and other advantages. It is ergonomic and has no harmful effects on the human body. Poisonous and without any radiation. Glasses made of natural pure titanium and titanium materials are comfortable and beautiful to wear. What is the difference between titanium alloy and pure titanium eyeglass frames?
Titanium is widely used in the eyewear industry because it is not easy to deform, fade, and has strong stability. Eyeglass frames made of titanium can highlight your noble taste and elegant temperament. Eyeglass frames made of titanium can be divided into three types: pure titanium, titanium alloy and beta titanium eyeglass frames. Today we will mainly learn about titanium alloy eyeglass frames and how to identify pure titanium eyeglass frames.
Titanium alloy spectacle frames have low density, high strength, good mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance. The glasses frames made are very light and not easily corroded by moisture. However, due to the poor process performance of titanium alloy, cutting and processing are very difficult, so the spectacle frames made absorb more chemical impurities such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon.

The wear resistance of titanium alloy is relatively poor and the production process is relatively complicated. Therefore, every time you use this material to make eyeglass frames, the cost is relatively high and the workmanship is complicated, so it is much more expensive than ordinary eyeglass frames.
Glasses frames made of titanium alloy have a much lower density than ordinary glasses frames, so they are very strong and will not easily fall off or damage the skin.
The difference between pure titanium eyeglass frames and titanium alloy eyeglass frames is that titanium alloy eyeglass frames are slightly heavier than pure titanium eyeglass frames, but both are high-quality materials, so they feel more comfortable in appearance. During the welding process, glasses frames made of pure titanium materials will not come into contact with oxygen in the vacuum; while glasses frames made of titanium alloy materials are welded (called spot welding), the welding traces are like "slope" shapes. This is the difference. One of the most effective ways to frame your glasses with these two
