If you choose the wrong sunglasses, in addition to the eyes will suffer, even the body may be out of balance. If your body has the following symptoms, it means you should change your sunglasses immediately.

Trouble 1: Sunglasses are too heavy and have headaches

American ophthalmologists say that once the weight of sunglasses exceeds 45 grams, it will over-compress the temples, make the nerves in the brain tense, and cause intermittent headaches. This is the most common type of "sunglasses syndrome". If you always feel headache when wearing sunglasses, it will disappear automatically within half an hour after removal, it is best to change a pair of light and compact sunglasses immediately.

Trouble 2: The lens holder is too tight and the toothache is numb

Sunglasses have been worn for a long time. If you feel numbness in the upper jaw and sore upper teeth, it is likely that the two lens holders are too tight. Go to the optician store and ask someone to loosen the lens holder or change to a comfortable pair of wide-rimmed glasses. A survey by German ophthalmologists found that the initial manifestation of over-tightening of the lens is that there is mild numbness in the eye sockets or between the cheeks, and the nose is uncomfortable when breathing. After 2 hours or more, the pain will gradually spread to the mouth, making you have toothache .

Trouble 3: The lens is too dark, and the eyes are too tired

The British Eye Disease Research Association found that 13% of vision loss is related to the dark color of sunglasses lenses. If your eyes are dark black, they have better UV resistance than those with light brown or blue-brown eyes. At this time you choose dark purple or pure black sunglasses, your eyes will be overly tired, and it will cause vision loss over time. Korean ophthalmologists say that the lenses that are best for dark eyes of oriental women are light gray and light red.
