Right now, I'm looking for natural materials, hoping they can be used in eyeglass manufacturing. All natural materials have their own beautiful colors and patterns created by nature, therefore, every pair of buffalo horn glasses frames manufactured is unique. You won't find two pairs of horn frames in the exact same color in this world.

Buffalo horn frames are a beautiful material but difficult to manufacture. There are some important tips for tuning and maintenance:

1. Only CR-39 lenses can be used. If lenses made of other materials are used, they may chemically react with the horns and damage the buffalo horn glasses.

2. Lenses must be cut to the exact edge groove size. The horn material is very hard, so the cut lenses must be very precise.

3. Buffalo horn glasses frame adjustment/lens insertion---Always wet the frame of buffalo horn glasses with baby oil or corn oil, then heat evenly with hot air up to 200℃ until the material is finished "soft". The buffalo horn glasses are then placed on a thick oiled cotton cloth to dry.

4. Do not soak the buffalo horn mirror frame in an ultrasonic cleaner, and do not soak it in water.

5. We know that both acetate glasses and metal glasses have certain elasticity, which can be adjusted according to different face shapes. But the horn material is very hard and brittle, so never bend the buffalo horn frame in the cold. will crack!

If the buffalo horn glasses are stained with dust or other substances, remember not to use chemical cleaners, only clean water. Since the horn glasses are made of natural materials, try to avoid collision and friction with hard objects, avoid falling, avoid folding, avoid high temperature, etc., otherwise it is easy to deform. In addition, in order to prevent cracks caused by thermal expansion and contraction in daily use, it is recommended to apply Vaseline or olive oil on the inner surface of the frame to moisturize and moisturize.
