Gold Standard, Accurate Measurement.Goldman applanation tonometer is a kind of instrument based on Imbert-Fick law. It is considered to be the gold standard instrument for measuring intraocular pressure. Applanation tonometer GT600 is suitable for most slit lamps and pivots in front of the microscope for examination. It can effectively detect whether patients have glaucoma and play an important role in improving the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases.

Main Features:

1.Measurement with slit lamp microscope has two effects: checking the eyes and measuring the intraocular pressure.
2.Numerical value is precise. The tonometer's tolerance is only +0.066Kpa.
3.Get numerical value of lOP directly. There is no need to compare theconversion table or make matrix calculation. And Pt='P,i.e1gPt-1gP0=0.56k, normal k=0.0215, then: Pt:PO=1.0281. So Pt adds 2.8%comparing with PO.
4.The hardness of sclera does not affect the measuring numerical value The change of the eye ball volume is only 0.56mm3.
5.Combined with the measurement method of Schitz tonometer, it canbe used to calculate the hardness of sclera.
6.The measuring-pressure can be calibrated, to ensure the long-termstability and reliability of measurement results.
